Q. What about insurance?

A. We will comply with the insurance coverage provided by the company. If you need travel insurance other than charter service, please insure it yourself.

Q. Can pets be on board?

A. Please bring your gauge. Depending on the type of pet, we may refuse. You are responsible for managing your pet. We cannot take any responsibility.

Q. Can you make a travel itinerary?

A. For destinations, stop-by destinations, etc., we will ask you to decide the place you want, and based on that, we will consult with you and help you to make a travel itinerary.

Q. Can I change the course during the trip?

A. We will respond to changes as much as possible as long as they do not interfere with safe driving. Please feel free to ask the driver. * Additional charges will be incurred if the plan is changed beyond the time limit.

Q. What is the driver's dietary burden?

A. You don't have to pay at all because you pay by yourself.

Q. Is there a limit to the delivery time for early morning pick-up and return home?

A. The response time for drivers is from 7:00 to 20:00, and if it exceeds this time, an additional charge of 6,600 yen will be incurred every hour. In principle, this rule will apply even if there is a delay due to traffic congestion.

Q. How long will the cancellation fee be charged?

A. Cancellation fee is free until 8 days and is as follows.
