STEP ①
Please contact us by phone, LINE, e-mail, etc., as you can use the inquiry form as a simple matter.
We will hear about the budget, contents, etc. from our shop.
We will get information from the inquiry form in advance, so we will actually have a meeting according to the contents.
Customers who can visit our store will talk directly, and we will contact customers who cannot visit our store by phone, email, LINE, FAX, etc. to confirm the implementation details.
STEP ②
We will contact you once we have made a quote.
We will take care of oral, email, LINE, fax, etc., so please specify how to submit the quotation.
After confirming the contents, you will decide whether or not the implementation will be decided.
If you are not satisfied with the budget and contents, we will have a meeting again and will do our best to meet the customer's request as much as possible.
Once the details of the implementation are confirmed, we will make an estimate.
STEP ③
Payment will be made after the contents are confirmed. Charter is prepaid.
You can pay by cash, bank transfer, credit card, or PayPay.
Regarding payment, the payment deadline will be set when the quotation is submitted, so please pay within the deadline.
We do not collect money on the day of the event to minimize troubles on the day.
In the unlikely event that there is an additional charge due to an extension of time or a change in the content on the day, it is possible to pay locally.
STEP ④
After payment is completed, the reservation will be completed and the day of implementation will be reached.
On the day of the event, our driver will pick you up in the designated vehicle.
It will be operated according to the schedule stated in the quotation. No additional charge will be incurred for time delays due to troubles outside the expected range such as traffic congestion, but additional charges will be incurred for additions or changes to the content due to customer convenience.
Please consult with the driver when changing the contents.
